Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservation

On first bookings, we will ask for card details to secure your appointment. This will not be used unless the booking is cancelled with under 24 hours notice.

Cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment as courtesy to both therapist and other clients. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the appointment is cancelled under 24 hours notice. Missed appointments will be charged at full treatment price.
